Welcome to Yahya Studio, an independent creative studio and lifestyle brand from Offenbach founded by Johanna Schwarzer and Timo Reichwein in 2023. Together with our mental health managers Kami (cat) and Ludwig (dog), we create products that combine illustration, aesthetics, humor and thoughtful design. 

Everything starts with an idea, becomes an illustration, and eventually finds its way into your everyday routine by using everday products as a canvas of Johanna’s art and creating a voice for your emotions and feelings, without saying a word.

You may not know this, but we’re a small, independent brand. From stickers and products to packaging and shipping labels, we handle everything ourselves. Every order is packed, stored, and shipped by us from Offenbach, allowing us to maintain high quality standards and make every order personal. We’re fully hands-on and involved in every step of the process - because we are the process.

So, in fact, every order supports a small team doing what we genuinely love. No huge warehouse. No anonymous corporation, dropshipping or whatever. Just two humans and their two pets, juggling ten different jobs at once, keeping the chaos somewhat under control, running a brand, and creating products we hope make your day a little brighter.

The heart of Yahya Studio is Johannas artistic work as an illustrator. Every design, character and idea is created by our co-founder. Her illustrations are playful, honest, emotional and sometimes a little cheeky.

But why put her type and concept of illustrations on products? Easy, because a glass becomes a conversation starter. A tote bag becomes a little piece of personality. A print becomes something that makes your home feel more like you. A cup tells everyone the truth in the morning, when you're not even ready to talk. 

Her uniquely honest and sassy style of art and illustration blends perfectly into everyday life.

Some people collect art and hang it on walls. We like putting it on drinking glasses, prints, clothing and objects you actually use every day.

We simply believe the things surrounding you should make you smile every now and then. That is why every product is designed to feel beautiful, last for years and have just the right amount of attitude to accompany and enrich your daily life, starting in the morning with your coffee and continuing throughout the day, whether with a touch of beauty or a smile on your face.

Our products say the things you sometimes can't. Some are sweet. Some are sarcastic. Some are sassy. But every one of them is brutally honest. Why? Because ordinary objects don't have to be ordinary, and they certainly don't have to look ordinary.

We focus on thoughtful aesthetics, exceptional craftsmanship, and products that feel as good as they look. Every design pairs an outstanding message with outstanding design, because great design should be fun, too.

We like products that survive trends and we won't settle for short-lived mass-produced stuff. That is why we focus on premium materials, aesthetic design and manufacturing partners in Europe that share our standards. We do not use dropshipping or print on demand services. We have selected, reviewed, and tested all of our products through a lengthy process and determined that they meet our expectations and requirements.

That is why we work exclusively with partners who are committed to fair production conditions and who also contribute to sustainability initiatives. Collaborating with partners located exclusively within the EU and within a reasonable distance is a must for us.
