Shipping Policy

The prices listed on our product pages include all price components as well as the statutory value added tax.

The following conditions apply to all products.

FOR ORDERS WITHIN GERMANY

Shipping costs for orders within Germany are 4,95€.

From an order value of 65€ we deliver free of shipping costs in Germany.

FOR ORDERS WITHIN EUROPE

International delivery (EU): 9,95€.

We offer free shipping on orders over 100€ within the EU. 

For orders to non-EU countries, please contact us in advance to discuss the best options. International orders are shipped via DHL.

**Since August 12, 2026, we have been reviewing the latest EU PPWR requirements regarding shipping within the EU.**

For now, shipping is only available to the Netherlands, France, Austria and Belgium.

We will gradually reactivate shipping to other EU countries once the relevant requirements have been reviewed and confirmed.

FOR ORDERS OUT OF EU

Please contact us for further information. We try our best that no extra costs come up for orders to Switzerland, but sometimes it might happen. Get in touch with us, if so.

DELIVERY TIME

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We ship with the courier company Hermes. The delivery time within Germany is about 2-4 business days after payment verification. If you order on the weekend or on a bank holiday, the delivery may take 4-6 business days. Before Christmas, the delivery time and a high volume of deliveries with the above courier companies may also vary.

RECLAMATION

If your order or a product is defective or damaged while transit, it is very annoying, but unfortunately it can happen. Please contact our team and send us a picture of the damage or the error. We will check this and then decide how to proceed, e.g. shipping a new product. Also, if you have received a wrong product or your package will be lost while shipment, please contact our team immediately via info@yahyastudio.com.

RETURN PROCESS

If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, it is of course a pity. In this case you can make a revocation. After the arrival of the goods in our warehouse and their inspection, you will be refunded and receive your money.
